QUETTA, April 24: Former senator Mir Moheem Khan Baloch has urged the provincial government to arrest the murderers of his son.

Speaking at a press conference here on Tuesday, the senator claimed that Qadir Baloch and his sons had killed his son Zaheer Ahmed in Karachi on February 27.

Mr Khan said the sessions court in Karachi had issued non-bailable warrants for the murderers, but even then they were roaming around freely in Quetta and were now threatening to kill him.

The murderers have also forcibly occupied his residence, he added.

He said he had approached the police to arrest the killers but the officials had done nothing.

He urged the government and police officials to give him justice in accordance with the directives of the sessions court.

He said the provincial government and police would be responsible for his death if he was killed.
