German team carries out plastic surgeries
ISLAMABAD, April 18: A German medical team on Wednesday carried out 15 maxillofacial and plastic reconstructive surgeries, at Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences.
An eight-member German medical team, including two maxillofacial surgeons, two anaesthetists, a plastic surgeon, a scrub nurses and an anaesthetist technician along with 18 members team of maxillofacial department of Pims took part in the surgeries.
Following a list prepared by the Pims administration, the team was conducting operations of October 8, 2005 earthquake victims and other critical patients.
