BRIDGETOWN (Barbados), April 11: England kept their semi-final hopes alive with an unconvincing four-wicket win over Bangladesh in the World Cup Super Eight on Wednesday.

Paceman Sajid Mahmood took advantage of a bouncier pitch to take three wickets and help bowl Bangladesh out for 143 in 37.2 overs in the first match at the renovated Kensington Oval.—Reuters
