KARACHI: Officials re-designated

KARACHI, April 10: The designations of the officers responsible for college education management in Sindh have been changed.

According to the new nomenclature, the provincial education manager (BPS-20) has been re-designated as the ‘director general (colleges); regional education manager (BPS-19) as ‘regional directors’; and the education manager for human resource, inspection and finance as ‘director human resource, inspection and finance’.

Education managers (BPS-19) have been re-designated as additional directors; deputy education managers as deputy directors; and assistant education managers as ‘assistant directors’.

The DG (Colleges) Sindh, Dr Mohammad Ali Shaikh, has already been notified as head of the attached department and his office as an attached department.—APP
