KARACHI: Petition on milk price

KARACHI, April 6: A division bench of the Sindh High Court comprising Justice Sarmad Jalal Usmani and Justice Ali Sain Dino Metlo on Friday adjourned to April 10 the hearing of a petition filed by the All-Karachi Milk Retailers Welfare Association regarding fixing of fresh milk price as the respondent city government’s counsel, Manzoor Ahmed, did not turn up.

In the previous hearing, on March 30, the bench had directed the city government to fix the price within seven days for an interim period.—PPI
