KARACHI, Dec 13: Midfielder Nomi Martin’s strike in the dying moments helped Pakistan Navy record a 2-1 win over the Karachi Port Trust (KPT) in a third Pakistan Premier League football match here on Wednesday at the Naval Sports Complex Ground, Karsaz.
The first half ended with 0-0 score-line while the Navy dominated the second session and went ahead in the 56th minute through Jabbar Hussain.
The KPT went all out in quest of the equaliser and they restored parity through Abdul Rehman’s 85th minute goal. The match winner arrived in the closing seconds when Nomi fired the ball in, leaving KPT’s defence stranded.
