Two more dengue cases in Bajaur

KHAR, Dec 13: Two more cases of dengue virus have been confirmed in the town, raising the total to six, while eight others suspected to be suffering from viral haemorrhagic fever have been kept in the isolation ward.

"Both the patients — Saleem Khan and Sarzamin Khan -– have returned to their home town from Karachi,” a doctor at the Agency Headquarters hospital said.

So far six cases of dengue fever have been confirmed in Bajaur agency. Out of them, one person has expired during the treatment in the Lady Reading Hospital, Peshawar.
