KARACHI, Dec 11: A two-day training workshop on the subject of ‘Human Resource Management’ for district, town, tehsil nazims and naib nazims, EDOs, DOs, TMOs, TOs began here on Monday at the Municipal Training and Research Institute (MTRI).
As many as 45 participants from all over the country took part in the training workshop.
The objectives of the training are to build the concept of human resources management, importance of personnel management, training and career development, quality management including time and performance management, and procedures for human resources development.—PPI
