Balochistan govt criticised

By Amanullah Kasi

QUETTA, Nov 16: PML leader Mir Ghulam Nabi Rind has accused the provincial government of “indirectly supporting the so-called nationalists involved in causing troubles in the province against the federal government.”

Speaking to newsmen at the Quetta Press Club on Thursday, he said the chief minister had blood relations with members of the nationalist party which was preparing to stage a long march against the government policies from Gwadar to Quetta on November 27.

Mr Rind alleged that the district governments of Gwadar, Turbat, Panjgur and Awaran were funding the long march organisers. They had also supported the black day observed on the occasion of President Musharraf’s visit to Gwadar, he added.

Just to cover up their real motives, the provincial and district governments were taking interest in arrangements for President Musharraf’s visit, he said.
