The PTCL suffered Rs15.9 million loss as it had rectified the damaged cables and removed almost 10,000 faults caused during the development work in SITE, Landhi, Korangi, Garden, Lines Area, and Clifton, he said adding that 10,000 phone lines went out of order as the optical fibre network was also damaged.
