RAWALPINDI, Nov 13: President Gen Pervez Musharraf on Monday stressed the need to sustain the pace of development work in Balochistan and said completion of various infrastructure and social sector projects would change lives of the people of the province.
Presiding over a high-level meeting here, which was attended by the Balochistan governor, chief minister and senior politicians of the province, the president said past governments had neglected Balochistan which had tremendous potential in various sectors like livestock, fisheries, mining etc. that could be promoted for the prosperity of the people.—APP
