Kidnap case after one year

SAHIWAL, Nov 11: The Harappa Police on the direction of the court on Saturday registered the kidnap case of a woman more than a year after occurance. Reportedly, accused Zulfiqar, Ghulam Mustafa and Faraz Maashooq with an accomplice woman kidnapped Shamim Pathani from Chak Bandi on April 6, 2005.

When her bror-in-law Muhammad Nawaz approached the police for the registration of case, it delayed the FIR on different grounds. The complainant approached the local additional sessions judge. — Correspondent
