Special squads leave for India


KARACHI, Nov 4: A 61-member contingent of national special cricket players comprising three teams, including a women outfit, left here on Saturday to take part in the inaugural edition of Special Cricket World Cup starting later next week in Mumbai.

Special men’s outfits from Australia, India, New Zealand, England, Bangladesh, South Africa besides India and Pakistan will take part in the premier event slated to run from Nov 6-13.

During the men's World Cup competition, Pakistani special females will also be seen in action when they will lock horns against their opponents in a series of matches.—Agencies
