KARACHI, Nov 4: Sindh Excise and Taxation Minister Shabbir Ahmed Qaimkhani has asked the department officials to prepare an effective strategy to check narcotics trafficking and submit him the report within seven days. He issued this directive while addressing the excise and taxation department officials.—APP
