LAHORE, Nov 3: Pakistan Space and Upper Atmosphere Research Commission authorities, reacting to an Oct 25 report (PU asks Suparco to vacate its land), said that it was not true that commission had failed to meet the terms and conditions of the deed covering collaboration between Suparco and the PU.

“The fact is that Suparco not only fulfilled all its obligations under the deed, but also provided the PU with services and material support that were totally outside the scope of this deed. Suparco has ample documentary evidence (including letters of thanks and appreciation from respective PU heads of departments) to prove this fact and will be happy to share it with any party interested.”
