Law secretary summoned

QUETTA, Oct 16: A two-member bench of the Supreme Court has summoned the provincial law secretary on Tuesday to explain why the views of the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) and the Balochistan Revenue Department regarding land allotment in Gwadar differed with each other.

The bench comprising Justice Javed Iqbal and Justice Raja Fayyaz Ahmed was hearing on Monday a case pertaining to land allotment in Gwadar filed by the provincial director of NAB.
