AFC appoints Sarhan
LAHORE, July 23: The Asian Football Confederation has appointed Toufik Sarhan of Syria as match commissioner for Pakistan-Oman clash in the 14th Asian Cup qualifier to be held at Jinnah Stadium, Islamabad on Aug 16.
Sarhan is also secretary-general of the Syrian Football Association.
Thailand's Russamee Jindamai will act as referee assessor.
