Two killed in accident


BATTAGRAM, April 29: Two persons were killed and four others injured on Saturday when a jeep fell into a ravine at the Jameera turn, two kilometres away from Thakat.

The Allai-bound jeep was carrying four workers of Hayyat Foundation, a non-governmental organisation, the vehicle’s driver and another person.

The injured passengers were rushed to Battagram hospital but two of them Umaira of Mullah Daroli in Mansehra and Irfan of Faisalabad district succumbed to their injuries on the way to the hospital.—APP
