KHAIRPUR, April 29: The mother and brother of two abducted sisters staged protest demonstration outside the Razidero Press Club, taluka Gambat on Saturday.

The mother Ms Waziran and the brother Ali Sher of abducted girls Shaista and Sultana Mangejo told newsmen that the girls kidnapped a few days ago were in the custody of a landlord in taluka Garhi Yasin, Shikarpur.

They appealed to the higher authorities to ask police who they said had refused them to register an FIR, to lodge a case against the accused and get the sisters released.

PROTEST: People from Bindi Motatyo staged a demonstration outside the Saghiyoon Press Club on Saturday against local police who they claimed had put under arrest a 10-year-old boy.

The protesters told newsmen that Sobhodero police raided their village three days back to arrest Nadeem Khuhro, but not finding him there they took away with them his ten-year-old brother Bashir Ahmed.
