KARACHI, April 23: The Pakistan Society of Nematologists in collaboration with the National Nematological Research Centre is organising the 6th National Nematological Conference in Pakistan and a workshop on ‘Integrated nematode disease management in some cereals, fruits and vegetables of Pakistan’.
The symposium will be held at the KIBGE, University of Karachi from April 25 to 27. The KU vice-chancellor, Prof Dr Pirzada Qasim Raza Siddiqui, would be the chief guest.
Scientists and researchers from all over the country and abroad will be attending the moot. The objective of the symposium is to study the nematode diseases and their management in Pakistan.
Participants would discuss and deliver lectures on different topics.—PPI
