‘Terrorist’ held with arms

QUETTA, April 21: Police have arrested a suspected terrorist in the mountainous area of Mastung district and seized a huge quantity of arms and ammunition. This was stated by the DIGP of Kalat Range, Syed Pervez Zahoor, at a press conference here on Friday.

He claimed that the arrested man, Haji Khan Marri, had come from Afghanistan recently to commit sabotage activities on the RCD Highway and the Coastal Highway. Police recovered different kinds of equipment used in mines and 1,260 bullets from the accused.—APP
