Deaf squash

LAHORE, April 21: The 1st Lahore deaf squash championship entered the final stage in both the boys and girls category at Punjab Squash Complex on Friday.

Bilal Tahir and Bilal Atiq qualified for the final of the boys.

Tahir defeated Sajid Nawaz 9/1, 9/5, 9/1 while Atiq was stretched to four set by Salim Malik 9/1, 9/7, 7/9, 9/5 in other prefinals.

In the girl section, Aliya Sarfraz and Anam Rafiq cruised into the final.

Aliya thrashed Anam Yousaf 9/0, 9/0, 9/0. Anam outclassed Naila 9/0, 9/1, 9/2.
