LAHORE, April 19: The following were Wednesday’s upcountry commodity market rates in rupees. Foodgrains (per 40 kg): Wheat 450; Jowar 400 to 700; Maize 300 to 400; Bajra 500; Barley 400 to 450.

Sugar: White 1540; Shakkar 1400 to 1700; Gur Fine 1200 to 1600.

Oil And Oilseeds (per 40 kg): Mustard Oil 1960; Cottonseed Oil 1945; Coconut Oil 3000; Linseed Oil 2200; Cooking Oil 1840 to 1940.

Pulses (per 40 kg): Masoor Whole 1300 to 1600; Masoor Dal 1500 to 1700; Grams White 1500 to 1600; Grams Black 1025 to 1150; Grams Dal 1200 to 1250; Maash Whole 2000 to 2200; Dal Maash Washed 2400 to 2650; Dal Maash Unwashed 2250 to 2400; Moong Whole 1800 to 2000; Dal Moong Washed 2200 to 2350; Dal Moong Unwashed 2150 to 2250.

Spices (per 40 kg): Cardamom Small 12000 to 22400; Cardamom Large 8400 to 10000; Clove 13200 to 13250; Black Pepper 4400 to 4600; Cumminseed Black 8000 to 12000; Cumminseed White 4500 to 4800; Chillies Grinded 1700 to 1750; Chillies Dandicut 1500; Turmeric Pak 1400; Turmeric Grinded 1700; Coriander 1900 to 2400; Coriander Grinded 2150 to 2200; Darchini 2800 to 3000.—APP
