Special Olympics today

LAHORE, April 9: The opening ceremony of the Sixth Special Olympics Pakistan National Games was held at the Punjab Stadium on Sunday. The Games start from Monday.

In the opening ceremony, athletes participated in march past and the torch was ignited.

Athletes from Punjab, NWFP, Sindh and Islamabad are taking part in the event of athletics and badminton.

On conclusion, Pakistan team will be picked to take part in the World Games to be held in China next year.
