Indian coach
JALANDHAR, April 8: Rajinder Singh Jr is fourteenth hockey coach to be shown the door under KPS Gill's tenure as President of Indian Hockey Federation (IHF). Singh lost his job as national coach after five tournaments in which India's performance was so appalling that highest placed finish was 6th out of 12 teams at Commonwealth Games.
He insists constant interference from the Federation is what got in way of his job. He specifically named IHF Secretary K Jothikumaran. —PPI
