Kite flying banned in Khairpur

KHAIRPUR, April 8: The district government has prohibited kite manufacturing, keeping and selling strings or any material, which might be used in the preparation of kite or kite flying. The order issued by District Nazim Syed Niaz Hussain Shah Jilani on Saturday under Section 144.

FAKE PESTICIDE: A meeting of the Abadgars Ittehad on Saturday condemned sale of substandard pesticides and non-supply of gunny bags for wheat, and demanded an inquiry into the wheat procurement.
