KARACHI, April 5: The Nazim of Gulshan-i-Iqbal Town, Wasay Jalil, on Wednesday directed officials concerned to finalise arrangements for Eid Milad-un-Nabi (SAW) in the town.
Chairing a meeting, Jalil asked TMO Matanat Ali Khan and other town officials to ensure special lighting and cleanliness arrangements in and around mosques and imambargahs besides arranging programmes to celebrate the occasion.
He instructed the officials to complete ongoing road carpeting on emergency basis.
He issued directives for illumination of town buildings and roundabouts, sprinkling of lime and spraying of scent after cleanliness. — PPI
