MIRPURKHAS, April 1: The Pakistan Muslim League (F), Mirpurkhas on Saturday condemned Nawabshah police for torturing and arresting peaceful party workers. The PML (F) office-bearers Javed Ahmed Papa, Basheer Ahmed Arain, Allahdin Pehalwan demanded in a joint statement Sindh government take action against police and ensure immediate release of arrested workers.

SPECIAL CHILDREN: District Nazim Dr Sughra Junejo stressed the need for training special children to enable them to play their part in the country’s progress.

Speaking as chief guest at an awards-distribution ceremony organised by Special Association at Gama Stadium on Saturday, she lauded the spirit of office-bearers and announced Rs50,000 grant for the association.—Correspondent
