LAHORE, March 14: Salman helped Sialkot to emerge as champions of the Punjab Under-17 Inter-district volleyball championship beating Sahiwal 25-14, 29-27, 25-20 in the final in Sialkot on Tuesday.
He was declared Man-of-the-Final and received Rs 5,000. Faisalabad claimed third position beating Narowal 25-20, 25-21. The winners received Rs 40,000 while the runners-up Rs 30,000 and Faisalabad Rs 20,000.—Sports Correspondent
