Surprise win for Young Ansari
LAHORE, Jan 3: Young Ansari scored a surprise victory at KASB Premier League soccer when they beat Baloch Mohammadan 1-0 at Azam Nagar Ground on Tuesday.
Hameed Afridi scored the match-winner in the 19th minute.
Bloch Mohammadan consolidated their position with a 2-1 win over Madhu Mohammadan.
Winger Ghulam Ali put Baloch Mohammadan ahead in the 41st minute, accelerating onto a pass from Abdul Samad to steer the ball into right corner.
Midfielder Abdul Samad made it 2-0 with scorching drive from 25 metres in the 57 minute.—APP
