DADU, Nov 19: Twenty gamblers were arrested during raids by the crime intelligence cell on Saturday. Dadu DPO operation Rukhsar Ahmed Khuhawar has set up a crime intelligence cell under inspector Javed Ahmed Tunio in the district. A team of CIC raided a gambling den at the Sita road and arrested 13 gamblers.
The police recovered playing cards and hundreds of rupees from their possession.
In another raid near the Dargah of Jurial Shah in the Khairpur Nathan Shah taluka the team arrested seven gamblers and seized playing cards and cash.—Correspondent
