People throng bus terminals, railway station

By Our Staff Reporter

ISLAMABAD, Nov 3: People thronged the bus stands in Rawalpindi and Islamabad and the Rawalpindi railway station on Thursday to reach their hometowns to celebrate Eid with their families.

Bus terminals at Karachi Company, Pir Wadhai, Marir Chowk and in other areas remained crowded throughout the day. However, they had to face a great deal of inconvenience to get seats to reach their destinations with comfort. Most of the people, who could not get seats in the buses, wagons and trains, rented cars. Some verbal clashes were reported at bus and wagon stands between the passengers and the drivers/conductors.
