KARACHI, Aug 7: Sindh Governor Dr Ishratul Ibad visited the shrine of Hazrat Abdullah Shah Ghazi at Clifton on Saturday evening and offered fateha. Adviser to the CM on Local Government Waseem Akhtar, Principal Secretary to the Governor Saleem Khan, DCO Fazalur Rehman and other officials were accompanying the governor.

The governor went round the courtyard of the Mazar and its surroundings to see the compliance of his earlier directives and was briefed by the DCO. Later, Dr Ibad distributed food among the poor and needy people. Earlier, he paid a surprise visit to Kothari Palace, Sea View and some coastal areas to reviewed sanitary conditions there and the ongoing development work at Bagh Ibn-i-Qasim. He also met people had inquired about the prevailing conditions.—APP
