Published July 17, 2005

KARACHI, July 16: The Aurat Foundation, a non-governmental organization working for women rights, will set up information camps at Malir as well as the City Courts, from July 18 to assist the women candidates who want to contest in the ensuing local body polls. The foundation activists and lawyers will remain present in the camps to provide information and assistance to the women candidates to file the nomination papers.

In this regard, over 110 district coordination committees have been set up all over the country to provide all kinds of information or any other assistance that the women candidates might require in contesting the elections.—Staff Reporter
