Lodhi excels

KARACHI, April 28: A superb all-round performance by Shoaib Lodhi guided Nuew United Gymkhana to a thumping 169-run victory over Pak Muslim CC in the KCCA Centenary Inter-club cricket tournament at their own ground on Wednesday.

Shoaib scored 72 with the help of seven fours and two sixes as New United Gymkhana made 286 in 38.2 overs. Later with his slow left-armers, Shoaib picked up four for 27 as Pak Muslim CC mustered 117 in 27.1 overs.
