PML-N MPA booked
BAHAWALPUR, April 16: An MPA of the PML-N was booked on Saturday by Cantonment police allegedly for attacking and injuring two people.
According to police, MPA Malik Muhammad Iqbal Channar, along with his 10 companions, allegedly attacked and injured two people, Allah Diaya and Allah Ditta, on Sunday, who had a dispute with his brother Balal Channar.
Police have made no arrests yet.
SUICIDE: A youth, Zulfiqar, 20, allegedly committed suicide in his house near Mubarakpur village.
Reports said Zulfiqar took pesticides following a quarrel with family members over a petty matter. He was being rushed to hospital in critical condition when he died. His parents refused any legal action.
