Delegates arrive for WPC
LAHORE, April 16: The 12th World Punjabi Conference will start here on Sunday (today) as delegates from India, Canada, Britain, Australia and America have started reaching the city.
Former President Rafiq Tarar will open the three-day moot on Peace, Art, and Culture at Alhamra.
The participants included Indian Minorities Affairs Commission chairman Sardar Tarlochan Singh, parliamentarians, intellectuals, writers, and lawyers.
