KARACHI, April 6: Wapda raced to an eight-wicket victory after pace trio of Sarfraz Ahmed, Kashif Raza and Azharullah bundled out ZTBL for 87 in the Patron’s Cup Pool ‘A’ one-day fixture at the National Stadium on Wednesday.

Azhar grabbed four for 24, Kashif two for 32 and Sarfraz, the tall left-armer, three for 19 as ZTBL’s innings lasted just 33.1 overs after Wapda skipper Adil Nisar elected to field first.

Wapda needed only 17 overs to bag four points with Asif Hussain (38 off 50 balls, eight fours) and Adil (33 off 27 balls, six fours and one six) leading the way.
