KARACHI, April 2: Pakistan had a narrow escape when they edged past England 7-6 thanks to penalty corner striker Imrani Warsi’s two goals in the six-nation junior invitational hockey tournament in Kuala Lumpur on Saturday.

According to a message received here, the Englishmen were enjoying 4-3 lead at breather.

Besides Imran Warsi, Mohammad Imran, Kashif Yaqoob, Mohammad Arif, Akhtar Ali and Tariq Aziz scored one goal each. Pakistan have already qualified for the final.—APP
