NEW DELHI, Sept 19: Indian Foreign Minister Kunwar Natwar Singh said on Sunday he would visit Pakistan in February and official sources explained that the context was the winding up of a second round of India-Pakistan Composite Dialogue proposed to begin in December.

Mr Singh disclosed this in an interview he gave to private TV channel shortly before the first meeting between Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and President Musharraf in New York, now expected on Friday.

Mr Singh was asked to explain India's position on the Kashmir dispute, to which he replied that talks were being held to find a solution. He listed the New York meeting and the Dhaka Saarc summit in January when Prime Minister Shaukat Aziz is expected to meet Mr Singh.
