ISLAMABAD, March 31: The Pakistan Housing Authority (PHA) will start allotment of apartments in sectors G and I of the capital by April. This was stated by housing minister Syed Sufwanullah in the National Assembly on Wednesday.

He said the handing over of apartments in Sector G-11/4 would start in April while those in Sector G-7 and G-8 would commence in June this year. The allotment process of the apartments in Sector I-11 will start in December, he added.

The minister said the PHA had so far constructed 1,476 apartments in Islamabad. The sector-wise break up is 208 apartments in Sector G-7/1 and 2, about 152 in Sector G-8/4, 560 in Sector G-11/4 and 556 in Sector I-11. -APP
