Seven children hurt as school bus overturns

By Our Correspondent

OKARA, Sept 27: Seven schoolchildren suffered minor injuries when their bus overturned on the Okara-Faisalabad Road, hardly five kilometres from here, on Saturday morning.

Reports said the driver of the school bus in an attempt to overtake a tractor-trolley lost control over the wheel. As a result, it dashed against the trolley and overturned.

Seven of the students, including Navida, Adeeba, Shajila, Shakila and Muhammad Rafi, suffered minor injuries and were discharged from hospital after first aid treatment. Sabila was admitted to the District Headquarters Hospital with fracture on her right forearm.
