Two colleges to be opened at Barnala

MUZAFFARABAD, Sept 6: AJK Prime Minister Sardar Sikandar Hayat Khan on Friday approved the opening of two degree and intermediate colleges and upgradation of 100 primary and 60 middle schools.

Under the decision taken at a meeting presided over by the prime minister, degree colleges for boys and girls would be opened at Barnala, Bhimbher district. The area along the Line of Control was without a degree college.

An intermediate college for boys was approved for Mirpura village in the Neelum valley and another for in Sudhnoti district.

A model science college would be opened in the building of boys’ elementary college in Kotli, which would be shifted to a rented building.
