KARACHI, July 15: Two ships, Chemstar Eagle and Al-Masi carrying edible oil and coal, were arranged berthing at Multipurpose Terminal during the last 24 hours, said PQA press release on Tuesday.

Six ships, Austria, Chemstar Eagle, Iran Teyfouri, Al Masi, Med Glory, Garrison Savannah and Alwine Oldendorff were busy in loading/off-loading containers, sugar and edible oil, general cargo, coal, LPG and iron ore respectively.

A cargo volume of 25,873 tons comprising 21,880 tons of import cargo and 3,993 tons of export tonnage was handled. Three ships, Chemstar Eagle, Garrison Savannah and Austria sailed out, while seven ships were awaiting berths at the outer anchorage.
