US catches Olympics bomber

WASHINGTON, June 1: Eric Robert Rudolph, an American wanted for the 1996 Olympics bombing as well as the bombings of a gay nightclub and two women’s clinics that performed abortions, has been captured alive, FBI agents told reporters on Saturday.
He was first listed on the FBI’s “Ten Most Wanted List” in 1998 when his pick-up truck was found abandoned near the scene of the Jan 29 bombing of a women’s clinic.
He was also was wanted in connection with the Atlanta Olympics bombing.
