HYDERABAD, April 24: The killing of two people, Inayat Dakhan and Azeema Dakhan, remained a mystery for the GOR police who have picked up their servant, Ahmed, for interrogation on Thursday.

The woman was found lying in the TV lounge whereas Inayat’s body was found in the servant quarters of the bungalow.

The GOR police have lodged a case against unknown persons on the complaint of Iqbal, Azeema’s son, and the paternal nephew of Inayat Dakhan. He works in a private company in Karachi.

Preliminary investigation by the police revealed that the deceased owned agricultural lands in Shahdadpur Taluka of Sanghar district and the son of Azeema was living in Canada.

The medico legal officer, Dr Baldev Kumar, said that Inayat Dakhan was stabbed to death.

He said that the assailant had pierced the knife right into his heart, and added that Azeema Dakhan, Inayat’s sister-in-law, was throttled to death.
