Envoy meets president
ISLAMABAD, March 9: Ambassador designate of Pakistan to Turkey Sher Afghan called on President Gen Pervez Musharraf here on Saturday.
During the meeting, the ambassador-designate discussed his forthcoming diplomatic assignment and received guidelines from the president.
The president expressed the confidence that the tenure of Sher Afghan would lead to further enhancement in the existing excellent relations between the two brotherly countries of Pakistan and Turkey.—APP
