PESHAWAR, Dec 17: The PPP has expressed concern over the alleged rigging in the election of the Sindh Assembly speaker and deputy speaker.

A press release said that the meeting of the PPP parliamentary party, presided over by its leader Abdul Akbar Khan, on Tuesday expressed concern over the alleged interference of the federal government in the Sindh province. It said that the Jamali-led government had violated all political norms and values and promoted horse trading culture in the country.

The meeting observed that the elected representatives of the province were made hostage inside the assembly building and the parliamentary customs and traditions were bulldozed in the election.
