ISLAMABAD, Dec 4: Prime Minister Zafarullah Jamali on Wednesday allocated portfolios to seven state ministers besides giving additional charge of Kashmir Affairs and Northern Areas and State of Frontier Region to Water and Power Minister Aftab Ahmed Khan Sherpao, a notification issued by the cabinet division said.

According to the notification, the prime minister has allocated the portfolio of minister of state (in charge) for environment to Tahir Iqbal.

Mr Raza Hayat Hiraj has been allocated the portfolio of minister of state for information technology. He will also look after law, justice, human rights, parliamentary affairs on additional charge basis.

The portfolio of minister of state for water and power has been given to Khalid Ahmed Khan Lund.

The notification said that Sikandar Hayat Khan Bosan had been given the portfolio of minister of state for food and agriculture.

Habibullah Warraich has been given the portfolio of minister of state for defence production.

The portfolio of minister of state for health has been allocated to Hamid Yar Hiraj, while Rais Munir Ahmed has been given the portfolio of minister of state for minority, culture, sports, tourism and youth affairs.
