New Delhi charge Rejected

ISLAMABAD, Oct 25: Foreign Office spokesman Aziz Ahmed Khan said here on Friday that Indian leaders were living in a world of make-belief and were not in touch with reality.

Responding to a question about recent statements by Indian prime minister and Indian home minister labelling Pakistan as a “terrorist state,” the spokesman said: “Obviously both the Indian leaders were living in a world of make-belief and were not in touch with reality.”

Because of their animus against Pakistan, he said, they had not been able to adjust to Pakistan’s positive role in the global campaign against terrorism and the international praise that it had received in this context.

The spokesman stressed that Pakistan was opposed to, and condemned, terrorism in all its forms and manifestations, including the state terrorism being conducted by the Indian government in occupied Kashmir.—APP
